The second half begins around the week that kids return to school which is normally last week of January or first week of February.

In fact the club encourages kids from the under 14 and 16 age groups to start their transition to senior cricket by offering the opportunity to play in one of our our senior teams specifically created for juniors to play alongside our more experienced senior players. YES. Early in the season the club will nominate a small number of players from each of our girls, under 12’s, 14’s and 16’s age groups, to participate in try outs to represent the ECA in the VMCU Junior Representative Carnival. The Carnival is run over 2 weeks in the middle of January so nominees must be available to play for the full  period. The the final Rep teams are normally announced mid to late November.

Please note participation in the trials is limited to the kids nominated by their club. If you’d like to register your child’s interest in being nominated, please contact your age level coordinator.
